Necromancy

The practice of magic that involves animating the dead, often with the goal of achieving eternal life or of resurrecting a loved one. Few who walk this path survive it unchanged. Fewer still do so without attracting unwanted attention. Wardens seek out Necromancers, considering the practice an insult to the cycles of life and death set out by the gods.
